Inter-Library Loans
Library Services participates in resource sharing programs with other libraries throughout Texas and the United States.
Faculty, staff, and students may request materials be borrowed from other libraries if specific items are not held in the STC Library collections. Library Services requires a short form be filled out identifying the borrower and the materials to be borrowed. Printed forms are available at each campus library. An online form can be found here: ILL Request Form. Materials will normally arrive at the appropriate library in seven to ten days and may be subject to special circulation guidelines as specified by the lending institution.
Inter-Campus Library Lending
Library Services provides timely delivery of STC library materials among the campus libraries.
Faculty, staff, and students may request the delivery of books and videos at any of the campus libraries. The home library sends items to the requesting library through the College's inter-campus mail service. Items usually arrive within two working days.
