Gale Literary Databases
Contemporary Authors, Contemporary Literary Criticism Select, and the Dictionary of Literary Biography have in-depth information on the lives and writings of nearly 100,000 authors along with critical reaction to their works. This series includes integrated indexes to both the DLB and CLC print series.
Literary Reference Center: EBSCO
Literary Reference Center contains full-text articles on thousands of authors and their works. Includes author biographies, plot summaries, literary criticisms, classic texts, book reviews, and several encyclopedias of literature.
Literature Criticism Online
This database contains two award-winning series that evaluate, analyze, and interpret literary works. The Contemporary Literary Criticism includes authors who are currently living and those who died after 1960. The Children’s Literature Review provides reviews, criticism, and commentary on over 600 writers and illustrators for children and young adults.
MLA International Bibliography
A detailed bibliography of journal articles, books and dissertations.
